I am having a problem accessing my self service web page. I'm using a VM test environment and I have the back end IIS configured to use an integrated authentication to allow all members of the domain to access it. I even tried it on basic but I am still getting the error message "Impersonation account is invalid. Login failed for user 'domain\test." I went into the global.asa file and saw that it is pulling that user field from what ever is defined. Here is the documentation in notepad. Actual domain name in place of "Domain Name" I am just not posting it.

Application("THD") = False
Application("Impersonation") = "Basic"
Application("EUserName") = "Domain Name\"
Application("ManualOrganization") = False

So with that I hav tried changing Application("Impersonation") = "Basic" to Application("Impersonation") = "Integrated" but that didnt work either. Let me know if you can help thanks

I believe we talked earlier Alex and resolved this, but for the sake of everyone else, the issue is that Windows Authentication is not supported for the Impersonation account. You have to create a Standard Authentication Service Account to use for it.
