Can we have an SMS sent when ticket is created

I just was exploring whether is possible to have an SMS sent when ticket is created both to the requester's and the implementer's mobile.

Yup. When a person is a technician there's an additional tab called technician and a field called SMS Email. You can put an SMS address in there. To send SMS messages to someone who isn't a technician I guess you'd have to create a custom field then. To send the email to both simply add that field to the TO field of an email notification.
