Regarding Knowledge Base

I just want to know is there any method through which we convert a ticket into a knowledge base article or all activites in a ticket into a article if any do tell asap....thanku

I contacted support for the same thing and they said you can't create an article from a ticket through a one-click feature. They told me it's a feature request in Alloy's system. Also, whether it gets implemented is based heavily on demand so I'd call/email them to ask for it. It'd be nice to have that feature.
