Ticket printing!

Hello,
i would like to know if it is possible to print tickets from Alloy Navigator whitout enter in Reports management, directly from ex: All Tickets view, Incident view? and if yes how?

See the icon in each record at the top. It looks like a print preview button. This launches a Crystal Report that you can print. You can make new ones or modify the existing ones which I've done with a few of them because I have custom fields. There were also a couple support sent me which were in beta so I'd ask them before trying to bother with them to save yourself some time.
