Inserting Related CI Placeholder for 'All Tickets'

When working with Business rules for object class 'All Tickets', the Related CI doesn't appear as a Placeholder (nor as a criteria field) to insert in emails even tho' this is common for all Ticket types. Is this by design ?

Hey Mark, I'm unsure if the lack of Related CI under All Ticket is intended or not, but I opened up a request to add it in.

In the meantime consider that while All Tickets is appealing there are some dangers of using it. For instance, I've seen in several environments how ticket classes went in different directions and all those nice All Ticket rules had to be broken up and recreated under each class.
