Message Error: Time Out Expired

Dears,
I'm having a problem with the Alloy application. I'm using version 5.1 & on editing or creating a new ticket or incident, i get a time-out message.

I've checked SQL settings & connections & i found everything working normally.
I'm having this problem with the IT Service Support only & i cant figure out a solution for it at all.

This "Time-Out Problem" occurs on updating or saving any fields within the IT Service Support.

This complain happens to both the client & technician within the same network & domain
I've deleted the log files & shrunk the database but still the problem still remains as it is.

Please Feedback urgently ....

Some Suggestions:

1. Navigator 5.1.x is an older version. I would upgrade to 5.3 if you have a maintenence contract with us.
2. I wouldn't post in the forums asking for an immediate response. Technically these are community forums and not a channel for support. If support does answer here it's not formally.
3. This issue is going to require some additional information possibly in the form of some SQL Traces so we can analyze them and find out what's going on. I'd contact support directly. See my signature for more info.
