Customizing Columns

Postby rexnmiller on Wed Mar 19, 2008 6:33 pm

How can user defined columns be selected for display in the All Tickets view. When I choose Customize View and look at the list of available fields I don't see the user defined fields listed.

I find this odd because user defined fields are fully selectable from the Customize View in the Computers module.

In views shared across multiple objects you won't see UDFs. For example: All Tickets, My Tickets. If you go to Incidents then you will. Shared views will show common fields.

The design remains the same for this. All Tickets will only show fields common to all ticket classes.
