Combine e-mail notifications in one e-mail notification

I'm wondering if it is possible to have one email notification for multiple notifications.
At the moment, when I run the job (that looks for auto-added systems) it sends an email notification for every found auto-added system.
Or is the best way to do this (for getting an overview of spare systems) is to run a report?

Thanks again for you answer,

Ziggy

Are you running a scheduled rule? If so the schedule rule will run on all records.

It seems what you'd like to do is create a rule that runs on the "create" event so that when a computer record is created with a status of "auto added" it will send an email.

I have created a scheduled rule that runs once a week to send an e-mail notification to the responsible technicians that they need to have a look at their auto-added computer systems (by location). That works fine.

Beside that I want to have an overview of all the computers and hardware with the Spare status. I can not do that with a scheduled rule because than I get one email for every spare entry. I want this overview sent by email as wel (once a month). I can not acomplish that with the scheduled rule, I believe.
Is there a way to do this?
Or is the only option to run a report?

Ah ok. There's no way to send a 'digest' email once a month with everything in one email. You would probably be better running a report in that situation then.

I will however make a feature request for a 'digest' ability as it's a good idea.
