Close Incident Action

Close Incident Action

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to change the default template for a "Close Incident" activity? I would like to have some information pre-filled out. Thanks

Dennis,

There isn't a way to create templates for Actions > Close (ticket type)

Check out this thread - http://www.alloy-software.com/phpBB2/vi ... php?t=4205 My post there is what I would use as best practice for resolving and closing tickets which might make you think a different way about it.
