Set Due Date based on Start Date via Business Rules

We're trying to set a Due Date on ServiceDesk tickets that automatically enables 3 days after the Start Date, but we want to ignore weekends. We've tried this - dbo.fnGetWorkCalendarTimeByName(%[Submit_Date]%,4320,'Default Work Calendar') - as an UpdateField in Business Rules, but it still includes weekends in the calculation. Any suggestions?

We haven't been able to duplicate the issue here, so what I've done is created a support ticket for you so we can figure out what's causing it.
