Ticket Detail Report?

Ticket Detail Report?

Version: 5.1.4, Build: 312

We don't seem to have the "ticket detail" report loaded. That report was mentioned in earlier postings to this forum in response to requests for printing individual tickets.

What do I need to do to get this report, or what are my other options for being able to print the entire contents of a ticket?

OK, I've installed the Crystal Reports Viewer (that was the first problem).

Now "problem details" or "incident details" under the magnifying glass works.

However, that still doesn't show anything but the original summary and description.

I need something that will print the activity on the ticket.

Drop us a line over at support (see my signature) and we can give you a hand with it. There are reports we can provide you with that can give you that information. In some cases specific reports may not have made it into the application for one reason or another.

Activity Report

Can I get a copy of these reports too? Should I create a ticket in my Support Portal?

Yup. Sending in a ticket is usually the easiest way. I believe we just sent the report out to you.
