Submitting Feature Requests

A large portion of Alloy Navigator 5's feature set is based on customer feeback and we consider all feedback extremely important. There are several of you that already realize this because you see features you've asked for. Obviously for those who've requested a feature and don't see it yet, consider we can't impliment everything.

When we receive a feature request, we track it along with the number of customers who requested it. Based on the amount of feedback we make a determination of whether to add the feature to the product. Other factors play into it, but customer feedback is usually the main driver.

Don't be afraid to ask for a feature or request that an existing feature be changed or enhanced based on specifications you might have. It does have an affect on our development.

The best way to submit a feature request would be to contact our Technical Support directly through one of our many channels. Posting here in the community forums could cause your request to be overlooked.
