authentication problems in 4.5.3

I had a problem with the server hosting helpdesk, had to force a shutdown. after restarting, problems with alloy authentication.
My helpdesk is set for Windows authentication for all users. If the user also has a standard account (administrators), when the user browses to the web login ( http://helpdesk), authentication fails. It is as if alloy is passing the wrong credentials to AD for users with both windows and standard account. Ths web page tries to authenticate using a local account from the alloy hosting server. Global ASA is as follows:

Impersonation type valid value "Off", "Basic"
'---------------------------------------------
Session("Impersonation")=UCase("BASIC")
'---------------------------------------------
' Authentication type valid value "Standard"
'---------------------------------------------
Session("Authentication")=UCase("WINDOWS")
'---------------------------------------------
' Authorization user for WEB only
'---------------------------------------------
Session("DBLogin")="admin"
Session("DBPassword")="bvs4060"
'---------------------------------------------
'---------------------------------------------
' ACCESS Parameters
'---------------------------------------------
Session("DataBase")="\\monitoralloy datadata.mdb"

I have repaired the db but it seems there still is a problem with authentication. I publish the login page in a outlook public folder and basic users have no problem, they click on the link and authenticate automatically. Administrators get an authentication window or their account in AD locks out when alloy tries to authenticate.
