I have a user who submits tickets via the web helpdesk and does not get the 'Ticket number '######' has been submitted successfully' page. We never get the ticket and he gets annoyed that he's got to start all over again. Is there any bug checking that I can use to see what is going on….maybe a log file or something?

You'll probably want to contact support directly and also specify, what does getting a ticket number mean? Does that mean it's not echoed back to him on the web page, or doesn't get a notification?

Please elaborate through a support ticket. Thanks.
