Error in Techweb helpdesk

When I add an activity in the TechWeb helpdesk and press submit I receive the following error:

Activity has not been submited - SMTP Error: Socket Error # 11001
From: d****l_b****ux_helpdesk@d***el.com
To: "R**n H*****ng" <r**n_h******g@d****el.com>
Please check SMTP server settings.

In Asset Navigator I'am able to add activities and notification mail is send to the user.

Web Help Desk has its own SMTP settings and you will need to re-run Help Desk Configuration Wizard and define/correct SMTP settings. This is explained in details in InstallGuide for Technician's Web Help Desk, section 'Choosing SMTP Server'.
