customing the ticket options

I've added one before but its been a while and cannot remember how to add a category for the users to select for their issue when creating a new issue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You manage dropdown values in the Lookup Tables window. This functionality is explained in details in Help > Installation and Configuration > User Interface Features > Lookup Tables.
