We are currently considering further internationalization options for the help desk web interfaces. The following options already exist:

- Spanish
- Estonian
- Poland
- Russian
- Denmark
- Netherlands
- Italian

What languages would you like to see? Please post your desired language for translation here, and your feedback will be taken into account when determining which language we will add next.

French would be nice :-)

P.S: I allready translated the client helpdesk in french

For those who want to use it you can use the attached (if it works) zip file.
If the attachement doesn't appear post a reply with your mail address and I'll send it.

Once you have it you can unzip it in the WebDirectoryhelpdeskbin. It will overwrite the WebCfg.lang file (It's the file where you can select the language at installation).

You must then restart the configuration tool (with your settings) for the helpdesk and select french.

Use this at your own risk... If there is any problem.... Bad for you, but I won't take any responsability.

Good luck
