Right Answers

I have the username and passwords. Where do I configure this? The license has been installed. Web Help Desk setup does not indicate where to configure username and password.

To activate RightAnswers for the web you have to set RAEnable to true in the global.asa. That is the only web interface specific setting. Otherwise, just do the Asset Navigator configuration outlined in the RightAnswers Overview section of the Help file.

Tried that. I get the following message at the web page:
Error: Could not log into Knowledge-Paks Online. Please have your system administrator check the configuration settings on the Web Help Desk module.

The global.asa is configured:

Probably this does not indicate an issue with web interface settings, but a general issue with RightAnswers settings.

Please send a screenshot of your RightAnswers settings from Administrative Settings to support@alloy-software.com with a reference to forum ID 2517.
