Attaching a file in Web Help Desk results in the following message.

an4hdu.FileUpload error 'ASP 0104 : 80020009'

Operation not Allowed

/helpdesk/NewTicket.asp, line 42

Have you previously succeeded in attaching a ticket?

Yes. In fact I just tested it our with a 150KB file and it worked, but before that it was a 300KB file that didn't work. Is there a size limit, and can that be adjusted?

There is no size limit, though clearly in this case size is the issue. Please email detailed information about your environment to support@alloy-software.com with a reference to forum ID 2491.
