changed schemes and helpdesk not working?

I went from scheme2 (standard/basic) to scheme 3 (windows/basic) and now when I goto the help desk I get this error:

Error: The server is not operational

When I ran the config I also disable anonymous access per the directions in the pdf that is in the /docs directory.

Is there another configuration change I need to make?

This error indicates an issue with connecting to your domain controller (probaby permissions-related.) Please send an email to support@alloy-software.com with the following information:

Type of domain
compatibility mode of domain (if any)
OS/service pack of web server
OS/service pack of client machine
web browser version on client machine
mhull
