Changing web pages

Hello, I have a question:
Is it possible to add one or more mandatory fields to web help desk?
I`m asking this because we have many users wich work in many different projects, and what I would like to do is, when a user makes a request, he must fill the mandatory field with the project he is working before he can make the request.
Is this possible?

There is no way to add fields or make them mandatory for web Help Desk in current version. You can customize values for existing fields to force the User specify additional information. For example, you have categories 'Problem', 'Question', etc. for tickets; create a few new categories - Problem Project1, Problem Project2, Question Project1, Question Project2, etc.
