Activities are no shown

Activities are no shown

What am I doing wrong? When logging in to the web helpdesk I can not see the activities, including those I am adding through the web helpdesk site... I made sure that the public checkbox is marked. Any idea?

Please send two screenshots (one taken from web Help Desk ticket details form where you expect to see activities and another one taken from the main module showing same ticket details) to support@alloy-software.com with reference to forum ID 2462.

Issue was fixed after running a repair install for the web helpdesk. Thanks !
