Escallation Manager for Help Desk

The esc. manager allows you to send email to anyone. Can it alter a help desk ticket? For example sometimes it is necessary to resolve a ticket but not close it so that there is a grace period to verify the problem is fixed. Sometimes the tech then forgets to go back and close the ticket. It would be nice if a ticket had a resolved status for a a set period of time (mayber a few days) that it would automatically change them to closed.

That feature does not exist in the current version. We will improve Escalation Manager in the future releases and altering tickets is already in our development plan. Thank you!
