User Registration

We are preparing to role out the Web Help desk portion of the software to our users. We imported all of our users from AD.

When a user tries to login for the first time they are not able to login if the E-mail field in their contact information is populated. If you go in and manually clear the E-mail field the user is able to login.

But then we have to go in and repopulate the e-mail field so that the user receives a reply.

Are we doing something wrong?

Upgraded to 4.3 and problem seems to be fixed
