date format - Incorrect ?

date format - Incorrect ?

Hello

i have recently upgraded to 4.31. The Date format shown in the Web helpdesk appears in US format i.e MM/DD/YY. How can this be corrected to appear in UK format DD/MM/YY ?

Just find tab Settings on your Web interface, there are two options to set:
- Date format
- Tickets on the page.

Could you explain further as i cannot find what you have mentioned. Are these settings listed under Configuration (End User) on the server ?

Open your Web helpdesk with the incorrect Date format, log in. There will be these options:
- New Ticket
- Ticket History
- Knowledge Base
- Settings
- Start Page.

Hello,
First of all thanks a lot for your great product. We are using it for more than a year and it improved a lot the quality of our work. The web helpdesk in Italian was also a great surprise to us and our users.
But we have a problem I have difficulties to ask all my users to change the date format of the helpdesk. Isn't there a way to define it once and for all?

There is no way to set Date format for all of your Web Users at once and for all. The idea of having the option to set that parameter individually is the accuracy of the ticket submission time for Web Users possibly located in different from the server machine Time zone.
