Webhelpdesk time ??

I get an error message when i start the web help desk

Attention! The time on your computer is different from the correct time by more than 15 min. The data and time for Tickets you edit will be displayed incorrectly. Please check and modify your Date, Time and Timezone settings.

My computer time is the same as the webserver and the SQL server...

What is the problem ??

The time in the web helpdesk is +1 hour..


I'm in Denmark we have Daylight savings time and +1 GMT

So if my computer clock shows 15:30 the helpdesk shows 16:30

We apologies for inconvenience, at this moment we are working to resolve this problem and we will provide a fix shortly. As a temporary work around you may ignore the error message and continue working; in this case, time on the tickets will be 1 hour incorrect.
