User Defined Fields

Can we add the Help Desk Ticket User Defined fields on to the Tech Web Pages

No, these are currently not viewable through the web interface.

with a little help from another member I found a way to do so.
To edit UDFs just change the template files NewTicket and EditTicket to your convenience. An Example is shown in the attachment .

Be aware that you must do this after every update as well.

If you wish, you can also modify Tickets and TicketRows by the same principle.

Just keep in mind that when you make any modifications to web interface code, you cannot receive technical support for the web interface. Make sure to backup files before altering them, and users definitely should not make these sorts of alterations until after they have successfully installed and used a 'vanilla' copy of the web interface.
