Change users from Web to User Integrated Authentication

Currently all of my helpdesk users use web authentication. They all have to put in a username and password. The decision has been made to change this so that all users are using windows integrated authentication. What is the easiest way to do this without losing any existing tickets?

You will need to create a windows web user account for each end user.

User Management accounts are not linked directly to tickets. They are linked to Contacts accounts, which are linked to tickets. Therefore, you just need to make sure that each new Windows user is linked to the same contact record as the old DB-type user for the same person was.
