Sort by options in Tech Help Desk

In the exe version of AN you are able to customise your view in the helpdesk. By company, by department etc.

The same feature is currently not available in the tech help desk web interface.
When in ticket history it would be great if you could choose (maybe via another setting in global.asa) how to sort the requester. For us it would be great to be able to sort by company as opposed to requester.

Any possibility of this in the future?

We are currently looking into the possibility of adding more flexible 'views' functionality into a future web interface.
