End users cannot see anything beyond their request

I'm getting kudos from users because they like the emails regarding activity on their requests, but they can't see any of these details using the web help desk. Why isn't this functionality there? Am I missing a setting somewhere?

The activity logs are currently not included in the end user's web interface.

Seems that status updates, changes, and history should be part of what the end user can view. Why push them to the website for status when there really isn't anything there for them to view beyond their original request? This makes us reliant upon email delivery and we all really have enough email to plod through.

Can this be changed?

Can you include the activity logs in a future release of the end user's web interface?

This feature would be very handy.
