Users from trusted domain are unable to use Web-helpdesk

We have multiple sub-domains. AN is installed on a server in the HQ domain. All the HQ users can use the Web helpdesk. The users in our Engineering sub-domain cannot. The two domains are linked via trust, so authentication for engineering domain users should take place on the Engineering DC and access to the web-helpdesk should be granted by HQ DC based on trust. This does not happen. After authentication, I receive an Internal error message in the browser.

We are looking into the possibility of adding sub-domain support to future AN versions.
