Error logging into the database

I'm getting this error everytime I try to go to my website.... I checked all the files and none are missing. Help
(Using IIS 5, Windows 2000)

"Cannot start your application. The workgroup information file is missing or opened exclusively by another user."

This indicates a permissions/pathing issue in with the .mdb file. Make sure that IUSR has full permissions to it, and that the database path in global.asa is correct. Often moving the database to the web server's local drive can simply troubleshooting this, as it eliminates network permissions issues.
