Unable to Login

Unable to Login

I followed the instructions; however when I point to http://servername/helpdesk I just get a blank page (error.asp). My webserver is IIS 5 on windows 2000 server. Any help would be appreciated

IE 6, but do I also have to install Java from Sun?

No, you just need javascript.

How can I check to see if javascript is enabled on the PC/Server?

Check the Help for whichever web browser you are using.
