The web help desk was working fine until one day when a user tried to signed in to enter a ticket and an error appears as so..."The database you are connecting to is not of the expected version and may need to be upgraded.
Please contact your system administrator. "

Please send a screenshot of your asset navigator Help->About screen and a copy of global.asa from the web interface to support@alloy-software.com with a reference to forum ID 1914.
