Activity has not been submited not a valid date and time

Since the update to 4.2 I experience the following:
When I use the Calender or Now function to add date and time to a ticket or activity it is in the format 22/10/2003. When I click SUBMIT I receive the error
Activity has not been submited - '22/10/2003 16:16' is not a valid date and time
I tried to change the date format at the server, but that did not solve the problem
