Unspecified error

I have just updated from version 4 to 4.2.
After trying to log in through the web-interface, both techhelpdesk and helpdesk, I receive the error "Unspecified Error"
I get the same error if I login with a non-existing username or an invalid password.
I did not have this problem with version 4
The server is running Windows 2000 SP3

Problem Solved

I have found the solution to this error:
I changed the global.asa and filled in the DBServer and the DataBase name
