Web End Users Cannot View KB

My web end users do not get a link to the knowledge base when they log in. Any suggestions? I do not see anywhere in AN or the glbal.asa file that would allow/prevent them from see the knowledgebase.

Any help would be appreciated.


PS - Does this have anything to do with the self-registration issue from my last post?

That is expected behavior, Knowledge Base is a feature for Technicians only.

Web end users and KB

Not according to your help file. Click Help on the home page for end users and it clearly states that they can search through the solutions and KB pages.

I have no problem allowing users to do this - it would be a fantastic addition, but it would be nice if I could flag some of these solutions as "Technician Searchable Only" since they could potentially contain passwords and / or other sensitive information.
