had it working but now moved...

i had the asset navigator with HelpDesk up and running on server3; now i wanted to move the HelpDesk web portion to server1 with does all the web. So I installed HelpDesk the same way I installed it on server3; but now I get a error:

Error : Configuration Error.
Please check the global.asa file - impersonation account is invalid.
Cannot start your application. The workgroup information file is missing or opened exclusively by another user
Back to Start Page Start Page

Now the only thing I had to change was the database path:

\\server3$sharename$data.mdb

Help Help!!

I just moved the db file to the local server and had asset navigator map to the db file instead and all is well! :)

simple solution.
