View Knowledge Base via Browser

Is is possible to allow all users to view the information in the knowledge base via the browser?

Our reasoning for compiling the KB is to allow users to help themselves first and then call IT Support as a last resort.

This isn't currently possible. However, it will be included in version 4.2.
