Need more useful info in Helpdesk Email messages

This is what the user gets in email notification:

Help Desk Ticket #43 status has been changed to 'Closed'.


But we need to include more than just the status. Preferrably, the activity, so that our users know what is going on with their helpdesk tickets.

Could someone help me how can edit the template for the email messages to include activities?

E-mail Templates

Under the "Tools" menu, select "E-mail Templates". Depending on the version, it may be under another sub-menu. On the left you will see the different e-mails that can be sent. When you select an item, the text will appear on the right. If you right-click in the text where you want to insert an item, a listing of available variables will appear.

Thanks but I actually wanted to know if there is way to include the "Activity". I am actually already aware of what you advised.

Activity log email macros were made available in 4.0.
