Completed Date field

Thank you for you suggestion.

The Ticket has Completed Date field. Do you think it's not enouth?
Probabbly you mean we should add possibility to automaticly filled that field when status changed to Resolved or Closed?
Could you please clarify this.

yes.. an auto feature that timestamps when the technician resolves the ticket. wil this be available soon, or at all
