Tickets displayed per page on the Ticket History

Postby tony160 on Thu Jul 01, 2004 4:15 pm

1- It looks like the default for the number of tickets displayed per page on the Ticket History is 13 tickets. When you reach that limit, it gives you an option to change the number of tickets per screen. However, it will let you change it to show fewer than 13 tickets, but won't display more than 13, even if you ask for 20. Also, the ticket history displays in oldest order first. So, the problem is that as we're adding Activities to tickets and A.N. sends an email telling them to check the Activity.....they can't because they can't get to the current tickets.
Is there a way to allow paging through to next page of tickets, or at least show the most current tickets first? I can't figure out how to do either.

You can change the sort order permanently by settings Session("SortOrder") to Desc in global.asa, or temporarily by just clicking a column header. To page forward or back, just look for the Page function.

We have not been able to reproduce your 'only 13 tickets' issue yet. Please email support@alloy-software.com with a reference to forum ID 2657 to open a support request for this issue.
