Auto Date

Is there a way to have Asset Navigator automatically enter the 'Completed Date and time' when the status is changed to Closed? It does this on the Submit date but not the Completed Date.

That field populates automatically when you close the Ticket with menu option Action > Close Ticket, otherwise you will need to fill out the 'Completed Date' by hands.

Is there anyway to stop closed calls being updated?

No, there is no way to prevent a closed ticket from re-opening.
