Methods for creating a helpdesk ticket

Hi all,

I am looking at buying the software, but want to know if it's possible for a user to create a ticket without having the software installed ?

Any ideas ?

Definitely, you just need to have the User's Web Help Desk and they can submit tickets from a web browser. If you'd like to see a demo of the web interface email sales@alloy-software.com with your request.
