Self Serve Help Desk Knowledge Base

I have AN ver 4.2.1 build 1431. I'm wanting to know if there's a way to restrict user searchs to only the knowledge base and exclude the tickets. If not, can I default the Categories dropdown in the search screen to Knowledge Base Articles?

..I'm sure I'm just missing something here...

The current version allows the User to define himself where to search (Resolved Helpdesk Tickets or Knowledge Base Articles). Asset Navigator version 5 will let the Administrator to define search Categories for each User.

Asset Navigator version 5 is planned to be released in fourth quarter of this year.
