Multi User Mode

We recently purchased the professional version of Asset Navigator and are running into problems currently. We have our database on a mapped network shared drive and while going into the Computer list and trying to do a full listing, it brings up the error \"cannot load this view\". When we go into the view \"list\" it brings up the error cannot Save Full Listing. Can you send a few suggestions as to fixing this problem. We have spent quite a bit of time working on building the database we have so far and would not want to lose what we have.

On a side note, Asset Navigator also has problems in multi-user mode. New requests can be made but editing does not always work and our IT staff has to quit Asset Navigator and go back in to edit the request.

It seems that the last mode used by any one of our IT staff is brought up by another user. Is there a way to have this authenticate or to have different settings for each user.
