Assign Prioriy a numerical value.

I have tried sorting assigned tickets by priority. AN sorts them alphabetically and not based on priority.

As a suggestion is there a way you could assign a numerical value to a prioirty so it can be sorted properly and filters will work?

I know that you can also create other priorties so it would also be able modify the value in the future in case you need to change a value.

If you go to Tools -> Lookup Tables and then select "Ticket Priorities" under the Help Desk section, you can rewrite the priorities with a number infront of their names.
I also want a logical sort and created this work around. My Ticket Priorities read:
1 - Low
2 - Normal
3 - High
4 - Emergency
